Our world-class integrated meat plant serves as not only a slaughterhouse, but also has a wide range of services, including shredding after slaughtering, meat processing, offal processing, meat and product storage, shipping and waste processing. In addition to these features, it is the industry-leading with its visionary and quality-oriented business approach.

Our facility makes a significant difference on a sector basis with 1000 bovine per day and 2000 per day ovine slaughtering/shredding/processing capacity. Advanced machine park and cooling systems with its 45.000 m2 area. Besides, since the double slaughtering cabin allows slaughtering at the same time, the capacity is much higher than the existing slaughterhouses. In addition to this, one of the most important features that distinguish the facility from others is the carcass shocking rooms located in the facility. By means of this application, offal processing opportunity is obtained and their profitability is increased by adding value to the products.
